Safe-Tank Installation Videos

Below are two videos that will help walk you through setting the SAFE-Tank Double Wall Tank in place and Installing the Bellows Transition Fitting.

  • Please follow the instructions from the videos below as well as the instructions from our Installation and Operation Guide. Click here to download the Installation, Operation, and Maintenance Manual
  • It is critical that the alignment of the Bellows Transition Fitting is correct for proper installation. This must be done using a crane or boom lift.
  • Make sure all bolts of the piping assembly are torqued correctly. This includes the primary tank fitting, expansion joint connections, and coupler if a B.O.S.S. fitting is installed.

About the SAFE-Tank Double Wall Tank System

  • Provides at least 110% secondary containment.
  • Will equalize the liquid and allow the chemical to be used until it is convenient to repair the tank.
  • Is ideal for chemicals like sulfuric acid that can have dangerous exothermic reactions to water.
  • Eliminates the expense, cost and maintenance of secondary concrete containment.
  • Minimizes the system’s footprint by providing secondary containment in a more compact way.
  • Adding a bellows transition fitting will maximize your SAFE-Tank® system's performance.
